Mary Kanetis
Legal Assistant

Mary is a Katharine Gibbs School graduate and has been a member of Atlas Law Group since its inception in February 1999.  As the senior legal assistant, Mary acts as the primary liaison between the firm attorneys and our Elder Law and Estate Planning clients.  Her responsibilities include drafting estate planning and elder law documents such as: Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Proxies. Mary also prepares real property deeds and coordinates with the county clerks and various title agencies as to the recording of those deeds.

Mary enjoys fitness training and competes in the Spartan Challenge Events.  Mary has been married for 25 years and enjoys spending her time with her husband and three children.  Additionally, Mary enjoys outdoor activities, music, and is an avid reader.
